This boutique dairy is located in Moshav Azaria at the foot of the Jerusalem hills. A local and authentic product line, which is produced by farmers with deep local roots, comprises the base for building values that are based on nostalgia and local connections. The books of Meir Shalev comprise an emotional base for a style of images which create iconographic patterns symbolizing a moshav, home, family, and dairy.
